Detailed quote & schedule
Within 5 to 7 days, you receive a line-by-line quote with no surprises, along with a provisional schedule.
Coordinating the trades
A single project manager runs all the craftsmen: mason, electrician, plumber, painter. You only ever deal with one person.
Site supervision
Weekly check-ins, progress photos and adjustments if needed. You stay in control right up to handover.
Handover & warranties
Joint final inspection, resolution of any snags and delivery of certificates. The 10-year warranty then takes over.
