What clients ask us
before signing.
How much does a full renovation cost?
The budget depends on the floor area, the initial condition, the level of finish you want and any technical constraints. As a guide, allow between €800 and €1,500 per m² for a standard full interior renovation, more for high-end work. An accurate quote is drawn up after a site visit.
How long does a project usually take?
Renovating a 60–80 m² apartment typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Timelines are set when the quote is signed and are met in 96% of cases. If anything unexpected comes up, you are informed immediately.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. All our projects are covered by the French 10-year structural warranty (garantie décennale), the 2-year warranty on fittings and equipment (garantie biennale) and the 1-year completion warranty (garantie de parfait achèvement). Our craftsmen carry professional liability insurance.
Do you work outside the Île-de-France region?
Our main service area covers Paris and Île-de-France. We occasionally take on large-scale projects elsewhere in France. Get in touch to discuss.
Do I need to move out during the work?
For a full renovation involving plumbing, electrics and flooring, yes — the home won't be liveable. For targeted work (painting, a single room), we organise the site to keep disruption to a minimum.
What documents do you provide at the end?
The signed handover report, insurance certificates, compliance certificates (Consuel for electrical work), manuals for installed equipment and a list of any outstanding snags to be resolved.
